A nice outdoor Cafe as well as a big supermarket are only 40 meters from the flat, as well as a small street with local cheap restaurants and the modern avenue Mohammed V, along which you will find shops, restaurants, modern/western eateries like Mc Donalds or Pizza Hut, french style cafes, banks. Private parking in the basement is a definite plus if you have a rental car.
