Just two miles from the town of Marsh Harbour and 20 minutes from the International Airport. Overlooking the Sea of Abaco, within walking distance of the ferries to Hope Town, Man of War Cay and Guana Cay. The cottage is a well equipped, cool and comfortable home. One can walk, run and swim in safety along Eastern Shores, whilst those not energetically inclined can read and lie in the sun and relax.Enjoy watching the sun rise and set from the deck over the water while observing the activity of all the boats passing by day and at night under the stars.

Schönes Ferienhaus direkt an der Korallenküste

Das Ferienhaus liegt mit seiner Terasse direkt über dem Korallenufer am Meer.Wellenrauschen live.Die Größe u Ausstattung ist mehr als befriedigend.Zwei geräumige SZ und BZ .Genau das Richtige für 4 Pers.Das Haus hat WLAN und KabelTV.Die Möbel auf der Terasse waren leider total veraltet und defekt . Es waren nur 2 Sonnenliegen vorhanden und weiterhin kein Aussengrill.Die Entfernung zu den Restaurants und shops ist weit, so daß man ein Fahrzeug benötigt. ca 500 $ die Woche.Wir haben das Ferienhaus ca. 6 Monate vorher gebucht. Die Zahlungsmodalitäten sind etwas komplizierter als in Europa.Aber es hat alles geklappt. Runherum ein schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr schöner Lage.

Beautiful vacation home located right next to the coral reef.
The terrace of the vacation home lies directly above the coral reef and you listen to the live sounds of the ocean.
Space and furnishings are more than satisfying. Perfect for 4 people. 2 spacious bed and bath rooms.
Unfortunately we found the furniture on the terrace old and not in working order. There are only 2 sun chairs and no barbecue.
The distance to the restaurant and shops is far away and you need a car to get there, which runs around $ 500 per week.
We booked about 6 month in advance, since methods of payments are more complicated than in Europe .
But in the end everything went well and all together it is a beautiful vacation home in a beautiful location .

We have since repaired the sun loungers on the deck but we shall be replacing them with adirondack chairs and we shall get 4. You do need to rent a car if you do not rent a boat if you want to get around.

Perfect Getaway!!

We had such a wonderful time at On the Rocks!! Beautiful views and couldn't have asked for a better location for our honeymoon! Beautiful sunsets, tons of sea life and everything we could ever want or need. We will be back for sure!!! Thanks for all the special memories :)
