Description of the Marsh Harbour vacation home rental

Beautiful 4 bedroom/ 3 bath home situated right on the Sea of Abaco on a private Island in the Bahamas.
This private home sits on the water's edge of a private Bahamian Island. The house has a wrap around deck that expands into a larger area with a pool surrounded by spacious decking perfect for sunning or watching the beautiful Abaco sunsets.
The house itself boasts beautiful water views from the two private master bedrooms, living room, as well as the dining room, all of which open up onto the pool deck overlooking the Sea of Abaco. The 2 master bedrooms, both with king beds, each have private baths. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the 4th bedroom which has 4 single beds.
A fully equiped kitchen is host to a bar that can seat four and the large dining room seats 8 comfortably. The living room is tastefully decorated and the home is equipped with flat screen TV's and satellite receivers as well as internet connections. A golf cart is provided as transportation and others can be rented if necessary.

Area Information

This home is situated on Scotland Cay which is a private island in the Abaco's of the Bahamas. The "Cay" is accessable only by boat or private planes. Visitors must have clearance from a homeowner to visit the Island as there are no commercial buildings or operations permitted on the Island. A ferry service provides transportation to and from our Island for owners and their guest 5 times each day, 7 days a week.
Scotland Cay is about 1 mile long and 1/4 mile wide at it's widest point. It is bordered on the south side by the beautiful Sea of Abaco and on the north side by the Atlantic ocean. The ocean laps along our pale white beaches while just a few yards from shore are the most incredible snorkling reefs waiting to be discovered. The west end of our Cay holds the treasure of our incredible "Lagoon" which at low tide you can walk on pure white sand for hours looking for the sanddollars the tide has uncovered.
Scotland Cay is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and truly get away from everything while enjoying the most amazing scenery imaginable!
