House is 5 minutes from Route 6, 5 miles to Dowses Beach, and 7 miles from Hyannis. Home Amenities include: 2 Queen beds, 1 full bed and a pullout couch, all linens, laundry room, A basement game room including a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and Sega system. 4 tv's, DVD player, VHS player, nintendo, all necessary cooking items, an outdoor shower, patio, chiminea, and grill with propane. well behaved pets welcome with an additional security deposit.

Area Description

This Home is located 1/2 mile from nearest public golf course, three blocks from deep clean pond with great fishing and a nice beach. It is 5 minutes from exit 5 on Route 6. Nearest shopping center is 10 minutes away, closest Ocean Beach (Douses) is 5 miles away. Hyannis is 7 miles away and Craigville Beach is about 15 minutes away. There is a neighborhood playground a half block from the house.
