Comfortable one floor spacious,modern 5 room cottage for rent by owner.The amenities include on site management,pool,tennis,& clubhouse. The normal rent is $1650 for the week.Today I am offring the week of august 2 to august 9 for $975.Please call me direct to book this. Thankyou
Area Description
Quiet treed area next to New Seabury, not far from the beautiful South Cape Beach and from lots of shopping. A short drive to Hyannis to take a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket,go whale watching,etc. Within walking distance to the Children's Museum and the Wampanoag Indian Reservation.
Other Vacation Rental Amenities
Children's Museum less than a mile.Many wonderful restaurants, Mashpee Commons Shopping.
