Come to kick back, relax and enjoy our casual beach house situated on Little River in Mashpee. This salt water river offers kayaking, boating or simply enjoying a view of Nantucket Sound. Minutes away from beaches, restaurants and shopping if you prefer.
Our recently mostly renovated family home has 3 bedrooms, a spacious knotty pine dining area along with a great room, each offering river views. Come see for yourself!
**Also available** Winter Rental September?-May/June. $1200 monthly. Great opportunity to enjoy a quiet off season Fall, Winter and Spring!

Directly on Little River with access directly to Nantucket Sound with a view of Waquoit Bay and Nantucket Sound. At the end of quiet Monomoscoy Island, on the cul-de-sac.

Beyond Beautiful

This home is beyond beautiful, situated on a very unique road of the Cape. My guests got an incredibly accurate slice of the Cape when entering this home. It smelled just like my memories of the wooden homes built by my family that I have been visiting in Mashpee since I was little. It was spacious, clean and right on the water. Unbelievable and so affordable!
