Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful guest houselocated on wildlife sanctuary Monomoscoy Island, you vacation would include, staying steps away (right off the backyard) "Little River" a beautiful bay, with a small private beach. With hardwood floors through out, and nicely furnished if offers two large bedrooms, one has queen size bed, the other two twin beds (both include cable tv). The living room has a balcony overlooking the water (as well as cable tv), as well as a full kitchen and dining room and porch.

Area Description

The guest house resides on over an acre of land, offering total relaxation. Major attractions located 3 miles away are the movie theatre, casual and fine dining, Mashpee Commons, New Seabury, and of course south cape beach.
