Description of the Mashpee vacation home rental

Our spacious 4-bedroom home is located steps away from beautiful John's Pond. You get a beach pass with direct access to John's Pond for your kayaks, canoe, or motor boat. In the summer, the fresh water is clear and warm and is great for both swimming and fishing.

Inside, the first floor has an open family room/living room and separate dining area, with kitchen, full bath and a den. The open floor plan of the living area has sliders leading to a sunny front yard deck. Kitchen sliders lead to our new (2007) three season sunroom addition and wrap around deck.

On the second floor, there are four bedrooms and a full bath. The huge master bedroom has sliders and a balcony deck where you can sit and enjoy peeks of the pond.

The finished basement has a playroom for the kids with cable TV for video games, a half bath and separate laundry room.

This is the perfect vacation getaway. The quiet setting makes you feel like you are miles away. Yet, in 5 short minutes, you can drive to Mashpee Commons with it's shopping, restaurants, movies and nearby golf.

Bike or drive to South Cape Beach and New Seabury, where you can enjoy the ocean and beautiful Waquoit Bay.

Vacationing with us is easy. We provide linens, beach towels, beach chairs, videos, books and a gas BBQ grill.
