Beautiful, serene, affordable

Beautiful location with ocean views from all rooms. Plenty of room indoors as well as outdoors with ample off street parking. Very clean with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. With just a walk across the street you can rent a kayak and enjoy Popponesset Bay up close. I would highly recommend this property for those families looking to experience to beauty of the Cape at an affordable rate.

The house is very old but charming.. we wished there was some landscaping done to the property, would have lifted its appeal much more! the house is very spacious, with in fact 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The living room and the two bedrooms have a panoramic view of the backwaters and looks amazing! many water sports (Kayak, boat and surf) are right there on location, 2 min walk. Although not mentioned there was a charcoal grill, so we had a barbeque night under the starry, moon light sky! wonderful memorable trip. The location is ideal to travel to other near-by places. I wish we had stayed longer...

Owner's reply:

Not true on very old. The middle section of the house was built in 1945, and provides the Cape Cod Cabin feel to a very spacious house in all the other rooms. And all the appliances are new, with time period stove, but the rest of the house was built in the 1960's. It was remodeled in 1995. It also has a built in boat garage.
