Beautiful, private, year round waterview home. Located on a quite dead end street, this lovely, well maintained, year round home is several steps aways from Private Members only Beach on John's Pond. This home features a newer 4 seasons room with expansive glass windows for superb views of the water, newer fireplaced eat in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 2 newer tiled bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and hardwood floors throughout. The home does have a washer and dryer, deck overlooking the water, newer brick patio, barbeque grill and is only steps away from a private beach ideal of swimming, boating, jet skiing or just relaxing!

Area Information

Location, location, location! This home has it! Very private and quite yet only several steps away from private memebers only beach! A mile away from The Mashpee Commons which is an upscale outdoor boutique style mall. The mall features a movie theater, several restaurants, shops and a supermarket as well. The ocean beaches are only a few miles away with views of Martha's Vineyard. Other area attractions include the Children's Museum, New Seabury Village and the quaint towns of neighboring Falmouth and Sandwich. The list can go on an on!

Convenient home and accommodating landlord

My family spent a lovely week at this property in August, 2012. The house has lake access and it was very relaxing kayaking on a beautiful lake (no luck with fishing though :-(. The trips we took to Martha's Vineyard and Province Town were lovely and the beaches were superb. All ages in our group had a great time. The house had all the things we needed and the lady who owns the house was very accommodating and responsive to out needs. In overall, great experience!

Our family stayed at this lovely home for a week in July. Immaculate home close to lake in great location on Cape Cod. WONDERFUL owner, very kind and super easy to rent from. No surprises. We are a family of 5 and had more than enough space, great floor plan, huge family room and kitchen. Would definitely recommend!!

Great Place, Great View, Great Vacation

We rented this home for a family vacation last year. It was a great time and the house worked well with a large group because of the open area dining, kitchen and living room. The living room is great for the whole family to either watch tv or just relax and enjoy the view of the water. The private beach is only steps away too which makes it very convenient. The huse was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful and relaxing

We stayed for a week with 4 small children and it was perfect. The house is all on one level with a lovely sun room and patio. Great kitchen/open eating area. We had the beach almost to ourselves. The water is warm and clean. It was a 2 minute walk down a little path to get to the beach. The house was great for an easy vacation with little ones.

Great home, great vacation!

We were lucky enough to rent this beautiful home for the week of July 4th 2011. The home is so welcoming, beautifully decorated, spotless and plenty of room to spread out. We had our daughter with our grandson and my parents with us. The dead end street made if feel very safe for the little one and my parents were able to be close enough to the beach, yet have a cool, calm home to rest in when they needed a break from the action. The back porch has a direct view of the water and the beach is steps away from the house. Huge TV in family room and a full kitchen to cook up all the summer favorites. This feels like a home, not a cottage, with great beds, washer and dryer plenty of towels etc. Bathrooms are really nice and there was an outdoor shower which felt amazing after a long day in the sun. The owners were amazingly nice and my family will definitely be back to this little gem.

We recently rented this wonderful home for the week to visit our grandaughter and her family! The owner is a delight to rent from and so accomadating. This home is clean, neat, full of light, and really a wonderful getaway! There is a nice size yard and a great deck on the back, along with a back room that is all windows. We were just minutes from Mashpee commons, which is full of wonderful shops and a large grocery store. You are so close to so much! Plus you have the bonus of the pond and the view....who could ask for more! A quiet, beautiful getaway vacation, just WONDERFUL!
