Description of the Mashpee vacation home rental
Recently renovated large home with water views of John's Pond. This home will sleep 13 comfortably, but has room for more. The Cape side of the home has a bedroom, full bath, family room, and Kitchen on the first floor. The second floor on the cape side of the home boasts two bedrooms, full bath, and laundry room. The Gambrel side contains a firer placed great room on the first floor and breeze way into the kitchen. The second floor boasts a large master bedroom with a great shower containing two shower heads. There is also a sitting area with a pullout couch to accommodate more quests. All brand new appliances and fixtures. Close to beach. This house is perfect for a multiple family get away. After the long day at the beach and dinner with a huge crowd the setup of this house still allows for privacy if you so desire!

Area Information
The house is located at the end of a dead end street. Across the street is John's Pond. A great place to swim, fish,watersports or just to hang out! A great place for families with young children. Located in Mashpee less than a mile from the Mashpee Commons which has tons of up scale shops and occassionaly host free concerts.
