Description of the Mashpee vacation home rental

Recently renovated large home with water views of John's Pond. This home will sleep 13 comfortably, but has room for more. The Cape side of the home has a bedroom, full bath, family room, and Kitchen on the first floor. The second floor on the cape side of the home boasts two bedrooms, full bath, and laundry room. The Gambrel side contains a firer placed great room on the first floor and breeze way into the kitchen. The second floor boasts a large master bedroom with a great shower containing two shower heads. There is also a sitting area with a pullout couch to accommodate more quests. All brand new appliances and fixtures. Close to beach. This house is perfect for a multiple family get away. After the long day at the beach and dinner with a huge crowd the setup of this house still allows for privacy if you so desire!

I will do different lengths of stay and week does not always have to be saturday to saturdy. Inquire if you are interested - It may just work

Area Information

The house is located at the end of a dead end street. Across the street is John's Pond. A great place to swim, fish,watersports or just to hang out! A great place for families with young children. Located in Mashpee less than a mile from the Mashpee Commons which has tons of up scale shops and occassionaly host free concerts.

John's Pond vacation home

My family and friends stayed at this beautiful, spacious home for a week in Aug and I also stayed here 4th of July last year. We had a great time. The home was immaculate. I loved the master suite upstairs along with the master bath. We were able to walk across the street to enjoy the pond...a great sandy area for the kids to play. The dock was tons of fun for fishing. There were beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We plan to make this an annual family trip! Thanks so much Kelly...we really loved our stay!!

What a Blast

June 3, 2013

What a blast we had at this very accommodating vacation paradise. The house is big and could hold our huge extended family of 12. Besides the 4 bedrooms it has other areas to crash. The 3 bathrooms sure came in handy. The kitchen is well equipped and there is even a washer and dryer. John's Pond is a nice clean pond and we spent lots of time on the almost private beach. We swam and fished off the dock (even caught some nice bass). We bought our canoe and it was a short walk from our car to the water. It was lovely paddling around in the early morning and late afternoon. We were close to many other Cape attractions.....Mashpee Commns, Sandwich, Falmouth, even Hyannis. It was the house, the peace and quiet, and John's Pond that will bring us back, however.

Best Weekend Ever!!!

June 2, 2013

We had a family wedding Memorial Day weekend and needed a place for two families. This house was perfect, large enough for everyone to spread out, so close to water and the best part was doing business with the owner, Kelly...she treated us like family! I felt like I've known her all my life!!!! Would definitely recommend this rental property.
