John’s Pond is great for swimming, boating, fishing and any type of water sport. Kids of all ages will enjoy. New appliances and fixtures throughout this house. The downstairs on the Cape side contains the new kitchen, eating area, full bath, family room and bedroom with queen bed. The downstairs gambrel side welcomes you with a new entrance way that opens to the great room that contains a fire place and large TV. It also opens to the brand new Kitchen on the cape side. The upstairs on the cape side boosts a large front to back bedroom that has a twin over a full bunk bed as well as a twin bed with a twin trundle. An additional bedroom with a queen bed. A new full bathroom and upstairs laundry. The upstairs hall leads to a sitting area that welcomes you into the master bedroom that is above the great room on the gambrel side. The sitting area has a futon that sleeps two more. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The master bathroom has a terrific shower with a double showerhead. Great house for a multiple family get away. Even with a lot of people in house, the setup provides areas for privacy. Come with a many, but escape to your area within the house. Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is at 3:00- check out is at 11:00 am. Half of rental amount is due when signing rental agreement, balance due within 45 days of occupancy. A $300.00 refundable security deposit is also required.

Quiet dead end street. John's pond is a fresh water pond, Mashpee commons (1.7 miles) has great shops, restuarants, and a movie theather. The commons also offers free entertainment on occassion. (Click on link below) Day trips to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.
