Family fun

The SunGrazer rental has a spectacular view of the mountains and slopes and is equipped with everything guests need. Compared to other rentals we have used, the kitchen was especially well stocked for meal preparation for a crowd, and having the linens provided and laundered was a plus. The bedrooms and baths accommodated our family, ages 5-65, very nicely, and the open areas around the fireplace made it easy for all of us to be together for meals and playing games, plus all the Massanutten activities are just minutes away. The owners were very helpful and did everything they could to make our stay a positive experience. We really enjoyed our ski vacation at this rental and would use it again. The only criticism we have is that, although the house was clean, there were some areas that could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly.

This rental was very roomy and set up nicely for our entire party of 15. The property owner is very pleasant and easy to work with. We would certainly rent from this property owner again. The resort is quite nice and very enjoyable. Many things to do for all ages. Awesome views. We saw many deer and were able to get some wonderful pictures.

Great location if you going sking. you can see the slopes from the back deck. Stayed in lower level and quite roomy and comfortable. One complaint would be overall noise from upstairs, just walking, running water, tv noise and even talking could be heard quite well downstairs. Overall was great!!!!

Wonderful stay for a group of friends!

We (8 of us) just returned from an amazing stay in the downstairs portion of the house! It was a great house overall - very clean, fully furnished, and equipped with all of the basics. We really enjoyed the pool table and had plenty of space to play board games around the table in the living room. The house is only a 2 minute drive to the slopes and all of the other attractions, which made it very convenient! The owner was extremely hospitable, very prompt in terms of communication, and very generous. Overall we would stay here many times over -- it was an absolutely wonderful weekend!

Wonderful place for families!

We just returned from a wonderful New Years weekend at Massanutten . This home was perfect for our group. We rented both levels for 4 families ..it was perfect! Although each level is its own unit with separate entrances, the owner opened a door within the house that allowed us access to both units. We could all be together when we wanted, but we could also shut the access door and have quiet time with our own family if we wanted! Due to the weather, there was no snow so skiing was out. We were a bit worried how we were going to entertain the children , but once we arrived , we realized we wound not have a problem keeping them busy! The house was stocked with games, movies, a pool table- all which kept 8 children very busy! The bonus was the location..the house overlooks the woods with a stream in the middle. Since we had 55 degree weather, the kids LOVED being outside exploring nature. We were able to supervise them by sitting on the porch , enjoying adult conversation! The owner was always available to answer questions prior to our arrival - his communication was perfect. The added bonus for us was when we realized linens, towels and cleaning products we're all provided! The owner also had a welcome basket that included travel sized tolietries in case you forgot something! When we return to Massanutten , we will definitely stay at this home again!!

The home was pretty, clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen better with pots/pans and utensils. Also, an iron/ironing board and hair dryer would be welcome additions.

We met 5 of our friends from all up and down the east coast in this lovely home. We had a great time staying here. The house was very nice and clean. The owner was very helpful with all the information. The driveway is a bit tricky but after you do it a time or two it's not so bad. Thanks for a great weekend full of memories.
