Deposits are refundable after reviewing house property to determine any damages or extra cleaning fees. Monthly and weekly rentals required additional deposit to be determined.
   
• Other Fees: Cleaning fee of $75.00 per stay, month and weekly rates are slightly higher. Monthly rental requires additional cleaning fee to be determined. Renters must provide own linens, towels, paper products to include toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc. 3% pay pal fees.

WE absolutely loved it. The entire resort was extremely family friendly. We loved to tube and the staff was GREAT. The waterpark was also fantastic. Our condo was clean and beautiful.

Very nice house at an affordable rate. Only needed one night's stay and was able to relax. Close to waterpark and ski slopes, quiet cul-de-sac. Clean an roomy with a large deck.
