Joyful Passage is a very inviting and comfortable home in a quiet location near the end of a cul-de-sac with green space all around. Curl up with a good book on the chaise in the living room. Have morning coffee on the back deck. Daydream on the porch swing out front. Sit by the fireplace and choose from many board games, puzzles, dvds, vhs tapes and books for all age groups in the family room.
OR . . . Skiing, snow tubing, summer tubing, go karts, mini-golf, hiking, biking, golfing, horseback riding and a huge water park are just minutes away!!! There are three bedrooms and three full baths (tub/shower) for your family to stretch out and have some privacy. Cook in the large kitchen if you like, or indulge in the many places to eat nearby. Feel at home and leave refreshed.

Home Size: 3 Bedrooms / 3.0 Baths
Features: Large, spacious living room with sectional sofa , chaise and cable TV. The dining room and large kitchen are off the living room. French doors lead out to the back deck where you will find a dining table and chairs along with a charcoal grill.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV with DVD player, and a full bathroom.
A second full bathroom is in the hallway.
Bedroom two has two twin beds. Bedroom three has a pyramid (twin over double) bunk bed.
Downstairs is a large family room with a twin sleep sofa, shelves full of books, puzzles, dvds, vhs tapes and board games for all ages,
Cable TV with DVD and VCR, Casio electric keyboard, a telescope, a beautiful glass chess set on a game table and a gas log fireplace. A third full bathroom and a laundry room with an iron & ironing board, queen air mattress with pump are also downstairs.

this home is very well equipped with everything a person needs to chill-out. from the front porch swing to the beautiful and nicely decorated interior to the relaxing deck off the kitchen, i was in my element.there is much to do in the area. from hiking,to horseback riding,to wine tasting ,to name a few. grocery stores and nice restaurants are close by . everything is very accessible. this home is very comfortable to stay in.i would definitely rent this home again.

The whole family enjoyed our mountain getaway.The house was very clean and well maintained.We especilly enjoyed the huge family room with the fireplace and tons of games for the kids.The mountain offers something for everyone.We will come back again next year.

Property was very clean and comfortable with ample room for everyone to move around. We especially liked the deck off the kitchen to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and listen to to the woodland birds calling. The porch swing was a hit too.

The property offered peace and quiet. It was a very scenic drive thru the resort to get to the property. The house was welcoming and had ample space to spread out, it was hard to pick which comfortable couch to hang out on. It was not very far from the slopes, waterpark, or resort. I would stay at this propery again!!! Thanks for the getaway!!!!!
