Description of the Massanutten vacation home rental

Come enjoy the splendor of Massanutten's Four Season Resort from our beautiful 2400 square foot, 5 bedroom, 3 bath home that sleeps up to 14 people! Just a two minute drive to the ski slopes, snow tubing park, golf course, driving range, swimming pool and restaurant. Drive just up the street to the mountain overlook and go hiking or hunting. The nearby Massanutten indoor/outdoor Water Park opened in December of 2005.

Our lovely front deck looks out onto the secluded court and green area and the large deck in the back views a large wooded area where deer and other wildlife may be spotted. The upstairs great room is newly painted an features a large sectional with pullout couch facing a gas fireplace and has a 27 inch TV with 200 digital cable channels, a DVD player, surround sound theater and VCR. The dining room table is 9 feet long and seats 10 - 14 people comfortably. The maple kitchen is fully appointed with a banquette that seats 8 children or 6 adults. The master suite offers a king bed and 20 inch TV with digital cable. The two remaining upstairs bedrooms each have queen beds with cozy down comforters. A full bathroom is shared between these two bedrooms.

The downstairs is also newly painte and a haven for children of all ages! The air hockey/pool table will provide hours of fun for the whole family. Another fantastic sectional with pullout sleeper faces the 27 inch TV with digital cable and DVD player. There are plenty of children's toys, games, puzzles and books to entertain young visitors. Both downstairs bedrooms feature 2 sets of bunk beds, sleeping 4 in each room. A full bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms. The laundry room is stocked with all the laundry supplies you will need during your stay. Remember, we provide all of the sheets and towels, so you just need to bring yourselves and your clothes to enjoy your stay!

We had a wonderful 3 days at this property. The owners were very accomodating to our last minute request for a much needed get-away. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. We had fun having a family tournament on the air hockey/pool table. Great location to all we wanted to see and visit. Thanks again. KH

This was a second visit to this house. This place is great. It has plenty of room for 11 Girl Scouts to have fun and not bump into eachother. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for everyone's things. There are plenty of dishes for everyone. If we were to come back to the area we would stay again.
