Renovations complete in 2010, this farmhome has breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains all around.
The main floor of the home features the main entrance, access to the patio and hot tub. kitchen, open dining room, great room, powder room, master bedroom/bath and the laundry room. Enjoy cooking in the state of the art kitchen on our glass top stove. This spacious kitchen is the perfect place for quick family meals or relaxing and chatting while preparing dinner. The large great room with cathedral ceilings features sumptuous leather furniture gathered around the fireplace and a 56” HD TV. The master bedroom on the first floor is the perfect retreat. It features a king sized bed, 52” flat panel LCD TV and fireplace. Perfect serenity.
The main floor also features a patio with a gas grill for outdoor grilling and hot tub. The formal dining room offers beautiful views with windows that span from floor to ceiling, letting in the natural light and offering a spectacular dining area for that special occasion or every meal enjoyment.
Satisfy your inner child at our game room. The Game Room is the epitome of fun, complete with 56” flat panel LCD TV, ping-pong, billiards, foosball, air hockey and various board and card games available.
The 2nd floor of the home contains four bedrooms (3 bedrooms with queen bed and one bedroom with full size bunk beds and all bedrooms feature 52” flat panel LCD TVs, with the exceptio of the bunk beds, there is a 38" flat panel LCD TV. There are two large full bathroom on the 2nd floor, one with a 2 person jacuzzi tub. All bedrooms feature luxurious bedding for the perfect night’s sleep.

This home was every bit as lovely as the pictures. It was warm, inviting and comfortable. There are so many special touches added that you need only show up with your clothes, food and the desire to be pampered. The owners seem to have thought of everything when preparing this property. The decorations are tasteful and plentiful. The extras are thoughtful including thick towels in the bathrooms, body wash & shampoo dispensers in the tub & showers and a large washer and dryer. Beautiful and comfortable linens on all of the beds. Comfy and inviting sofas, large televisions and electric fireplaces in almost every room. The kitchen is well stocked and was easy to work in, the dining room was large enough to accommodate a small crowd and the views over the valley were breath taking. The hot tub was ready to go, there was wood for the outdoor fireplace. Attention was given to every possible detail. We thought we were 25 minutes from the waterpark, when it really was only 10 - 15 minutes. We were close enough and yet far enough away from everything!! The kids LOVED the game room which had every amenity you could want. They found it hard to decide whether to be in the hot tub, shoot pool in the game room or sit at the kitchen table and play one of the games stocked in the foyer closet! We really had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the house so much it was hard to leave. There were 3 adults, 4 children ( 14- 16) and two dear little pets (a 5 pound Jack Russell Chihuahua and a 4 pound Teacup pig). We had plenty of room and space and each one of us had a wonderful experience! We are already planning a return visit. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Wonderful time

We usually go to deep creek for family vacation but needless to say this will be our new family vacation spot.. The house is comfy and cozy.. All supplies are provided for you.. Lovely scenery and so close to everything .. We are a nice nice family with kids and a dog and we all loved our stay and we'll be back next year.. And it's only about 15 minutes or so from the indoor outdoor waterpark

A group of college pals rented this home for a weekend in April and it was WONDERFUL! Working with the owner was enjoyable and the house was impeccable. Very well maintained and it had everything we could have possibly needed. We plan on returning next year and can't wait!

This property was a wonderful retreat for this city girl! All the charm of nature without totally roughing it...perfection!!! Lisa was great to deal with and got back to you immediately with any questions. The gas fire pit is a must! Had a fun night of s'mores and ping pong on the back terrace. The gas fireplace was a nice touch and the provided linens and towels were clean. Don't forget to visit the zipline at Bryce Resort!

Your home is even more lovely than the pictures! The directions had us go all the way down the road, so even though my 7 year-old son recognized that the house was on the corner, we kept driving. My husband was somewhat reluctant as we headed out of Raleigh on this vacation, but on the way home, he was texting our friends that we need to come back in the fall to do our "leaf-looking" here! Our only suggestion is to carpet the game room to dampen the noise- it's hard to stay in there with even only two rambunctious kids playing air hockey!

This vacation home was a very nice place to stay. I enjoyed all of the amenities that were offered. The only bad review is the fact that the game room was not located in the home. You had to exit the house to enter the "play area". This is only a problem when you have children under the age of approx 10 (children who need supervision walking outside alone after it gets dark).

What a beautiful house - everything was over-the-top! The pictures do not do it justice. We were so impressed with the amenities and the lovely decor. The game room was a huge hit with my kids. It was a comfortable, clean, and had everything we could want - very luxurious. The house was close to Massautten and had gorgeous views. Highly recommended. A real treat!

Wonderful Winter Getaway

We stayed at this location for four days and had a great time. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The house has so many ammenities (i.e. dishwasher, full kitchen, washer and dryer) that make gathering with a big group so much easier. The owner Becky was extremely friendly and nice. The house is very close to Massanutten! We look forward to planning a trip there again!

We had a group of 6 people down for the weekend. We all loved the house. The kitchen was stocked with everything you'd ever want in a kitchen. The game room was a lot of fun and a frequent hang out during our stay. The location is perfect. You get to feel like you're away from it all while knowing there are restaurants and shopping centers within 15 miles. Great access to Skyline Drive. Thanks for an awesome time.

Beautiful house. We had 4 adults and 7 kids, and everyone was absolutely comfortable with great sleeping arrangements. Spent many hours in the hot tub and game room, and it's centrally located with easy access to Luray, Charlottesville, civil war battlefields, and Skyline Drive. Highly recommended.
