Located on a private mountain across Resort Drive, only 2 minutes from the indoor/ outdoor water park. Only 4 minutes from the resort gate, 8 minutes to the ski slopes . Largest game room at Massanutten with Brunswick 8 ft slate pool table , regulation size ping pong , foosball , 8 Foot air hockey , Many board games , Queen Sleeper, 55" HDTV, 200 channels, HBO/Show Time /Wii ,X Box & X Box 360 Kinect / with 150 games. High Speed Internet WiFi. Great Kitchen Items, Spice Rack, Waffle maker , Blender, Panni maker, Mixer, Counter top grill, 4 slice toaster, Slow cooker, Bake ware, Emeril cookware, Dinnerware for 12 ,Coffee maker Top deck has a 3 burner gas grill/ Gas not furnished . Master has a King bed with Tempur-pedic mattress , 37"Tv ,blue-ray DVD , master bath with soaking tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds 32" flat screen TVs with Blu-ray DVD players. Meticulously maintained home

In our many years of renting vacation homes, this was by far one of the nicest and most well maintained homes we have had the pleasure of renting. The location was just across the road from the indoor waterpark and just a few minutes drive from the slopes. The house had everything we needed with lots of space for the kids to spread out downstairs. The gameroom was terrific and the kids had a ball playing on all of the different game tables. We spent lots of time sitting on the screened porch enjoying the views. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals. It was wonderful to have a garage to load/unload our luggage and groceries especially when it was raining. Paula was very professional and helpful in every way. We would highly recommend this house and hope to visit again soon.

We absolutely loved the house- Everything was clean and prepared for us. The house is spacious and nicely decorated. "Extras" were all over the place such as hand soap, extra light bulbs, dish soap, etc. The video games were a big hit with the kids (we played the Wii but there were other games there too) However, the BEST part of our rental experience was hanging out in the incredible basement playing pool, air hockey, fussball, and ping pong! The games were in excellent shape, and I was fortunate enough to win 1st place in the basement quadrathlon. :-) Yay! Thanks for an awesome weekend, Paula. Will

Mountain Retreat

We rented this home for the weekend and it was absolutely amazing. It,s spacious,beautifully decorated,and immaculately clean with all the latest amenities.The downstairs is one huge game room with every table game imaginable not to mention the multiple t.v.'s and video games. Its location is within minutes of the waterpark and ski slopes.A complete family retreat,wish we could of stayed longer!

Beautiful home!!

We rented this wonderful house this past weekend. My husband and I brought NINE teenage girls w/ us to Massanutten for the weekend to celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday. The house is located on a quiet residential street, at the end of a cul de sac. There is a lovely woman living next door who saw us drive up and greeted us warmly. The house is beautiful, clean, well maintained, and well equipped w/ everything a guest might need. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this house!! Our party of 11 had plenty of space to spread out. The girls spent most of their time downstairs in a gameroom that is so amazing, everyone should have one just like it. While the girls were very well entertained downstairs w/ air hockey, ping pong, pool, 2 huge TVs, video games, and their own kitchen(!!), my husband and I were upstairs relaxing in our own quiet, peaceful, beautiful living room. There were plenty of beds & bathrooms for our party of 11, and each bedroom has its own TV. There are also 2 decks that provide some beautiful mountain views. And the girls were excited to see a dining room table big enough to accommodate all 9 of them!! The landlord Paula was very responsive to all of my questions ahead of time, and called me the day before the trip to make sure we had the code for the lockbox and the name & number of a contact person at Massanutten (and then she called again later to make sure I knew the water park no longer rents beach towels). I thought that was very thoughtful of her. The house is located just a couple of minutes away from the Massanutten Water Park, where we spent several hours one day and also ate dinner one night. This was an amazing birthday weekend for our daughter & her friends, and a relaxing getaway for my husband and me. We can’t wait to stay there again!!

We had a marvelous time. The kitchen is well-equipped, also had all condiments you can think of. Great layout, plenty of room to accommodate a family of 10. TV in every room, xbox, wii, pool table, air hockey, and ping pong leave you with lots of choices. This home is close to the waterpark, and just off Route 33. Very clean, like new.
