Description of the Massanutten vacation home rental
4 Bedroom house with luxury edition hot tub, game room and huge deck with grill inside the 4-season Massanutten Resort. Relax and enjoy! Your stay here will be as a real spa retreat! The 6-person HOT TUB on the deck overlooking the woods has 80 powerful Hydrotherapy Jets for maximum massage power and it gets really hot in there! Feel stress melt away as dedicated rollover neck and shoulder jets soothe aching muscles. This is the best hot-tub in the market.
GAME ROOM with convertible foosball - air hockey- junior pool table; family board games; a desk for using your laptop, and also baby items are available at home. This room has also a door to the large custom-built deck, where the hot tub is.
WIFI, Gas-log fireplace with heating vents in the living room, wall-mounted high-def TV & DVD player over the fireplace.
Adventure and Spa is on a wooded level lot on a quiet lane –so it's really safe for children- and it is beautifully decorated, with colorful paintings and other works of art. Baby items include games, chairs, a toddler bed, booster seat and side rails for the toddler bed.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 8 + 1 toddler
Enter the home and step into the foyer. There is plenty space there for leaving ski boots and hiking shoes. Plus there is a coat closet. To the left is a bedroom with a double/full bed. Directly ahead of the foyer is the great room. The living room has a 37" flat screen high definition TV, with cable, mounted to the wall over the stone gas log fireplace (wireless control, with thermostat heater rating, and sealed with a glass so it is safe for children).
To the left of the living room is a bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed (twin over double/full) and a youth bed with side rail attachments for a toddler.
Next to the living room is the dining area. The dining table seats 8 people.
There is a door from the dining area to the deck. The deck is almost the entire length of the house and wraps around most of the back of the house. A dining table & chairs, lounger and rockers are on the deck to accommodate up to 10 people. A gas patio heater and the largest hot tub in the market are also on the deck. Any gas in the tanks is for guest use. If gas runs out guests must have tanks refilled.
The kitchen is open to the dining & living areas and is stocked for the cook!
To the left of the dining area & kitchen is the master suite. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a comfy rocking chair. The full bathroom for that bedroom has a tub/shower combo.
Past the kitchen to the left is a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo & a vanity with 2 sinks. The laundry closet is in this bathroom. There is a closet with more games for kids and some other spa gadgets.
At the back of the house is a 4th bedroom/game room with a convertible foosball-air hockey-junior pool table; board games; a desk for using your laptop, and baby items. A door opens to the large custom-built deck. There is also a big leather ottoman that converts into a twin bed.
SMOKING IS PERMITTED OUTDOORS ONLY ON THIS PROPERTY.
LINENS FOR ALL BEDS ARE INCLUDED. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CLEANNING SEPARETLY ($60).

This house is located inside the Massanutten Resort. Adventure and Spa is CENTRALLY LOCATED IN MASSANUTTEN! Equal distance (5 +/- minutes) to the slopes, mini-golf, go-karts & 2 golf courses and the water park!! and just 5 minutes walking to the short trail that leads you and your kids to the resort playground. This is again the perfect home if you have small kids.
For more than 30 years, Massanutten has welcomed vacationers as they experience the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. From Massanutten Peak, you can gaze out over panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and surrounding valley.
Massanutten is located 15 minutes from Harrisonburg. You can find there lots of big stores such as: Walmart, Target,Kohl's, Staples, KMart,Old Navy, Home Depot, Bed Bad and Beyond, Michaels, TJ Maxx, Barnes and Noble, Pier 1 Import, etc.
The house is also located only 14 miles from Cross Keys Vinegard. This is other perfect plan for you adults. For $5 you can do a tasting of their best wines, including the Gold metal of their Cabernet Franc. And for other $5 you can do a tour.

What a Great Weekend!!!

This house is in the perfect location. Located on the resort, directly between the waterpark and the tubing area. Only 2 miles in either direction. Hot tub is awesome and house is very clean and accomidating. Owner was helpful in suggesting things to do and we visited a couple of super nice wineries. My wife and I had a blast with 2 other couples and are already planning our next stay here. What else to say besides if you want to have fun, stay in a clean house, with an awesome hut tub then this is the one for you. Only problem was the pizza guy had a problem finding it,lol. But that was it.
