Serenity reigns in this modern, 3-bedroom home located in a 52 acre nature preserve overlooking Great South Bay and the eastern end of Fire Island. Enjoy the beach just 3.1 miles away at Smith Point with ample parking and boardwalks through the dunes or relax at home and enjoy the water views from the patio or one of the two spacious decks. An “upside down” house with the living space on the top floor includes walls of windows to enjoy the sunset or moonrise over the water. A 3 minute walk takes you to the bay where you can fish or catch the local blue crabs. The house is strategically located so that in half an hour you can be enjoying the night life and restaurants of the Hamptons or sampling the pleasures the many wineries, antique shops and villages the north fork has to offer – without the crowds or traffic jams!

The house is just 1¾ hours from New York City.
