My husband and I rented this Pico Beach property in August of 2011. It was supplied with everything you could possible need. To wake up in the morning to the sound of the waves and have your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean while the sun is rising is simply paradise. We were there for a wonderful week and I didn't leave the beach once, in my opinion that's a perfect vacation. We rented this cottage in August 2011. The location is fabulous. Very private area....terrific sandy beach. Doesn't get much better. The owners are also terrific people. Hoping to rent again this summer. Paul and Chris

What a great house. The views, yard, and privacy are just a few of the assets that make this a great place to relax. The owner, Charles, is as friendly as they come and made my stay with my three dogs a memorable experience. I wish I never had to leave. Shane, OPa Blue and Pearl
