The quaint 2 bedroom cottage is located on 2 acres of private and serene wooded lot and is directly across from the Great Sacandaga Lake. There is access to 1,000 feet of sandy beach front, with drive-down access. The lot is very spacious for snowmobile & boat tailers...plenty of parking.
There are 2 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins, and a pull-out, double couch). There is a full bath and laundry area (washer & dryer). The living room has a large wrap-around couch facing a wood-burning stove. There is a lovely eat-in kitchen and a beautiful deck and fire-grill patio. Lakeview Road is off of Paradise Point Road, which is directly off of Route 30N in Mayfield. There is a Mobil Station and Stewarts, laundry mat and car wash in the Village of Mayfield. Just head South on Route 30 for 6 minutes into Gloversville, and there is a full supermarket, Walmart, McDonalds, etc at hand. The Great Sacandaga Lake is known for its snowmobiling and great fall foliage views of the trees and mountains. Albany is just 40 minutes away, while Saratoga is 35 minutes and Lake George is 50 minutes away.
