Description of the Mazatlan vacation apartment rental

Escorial Suites is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom main floor suite located 1 block from the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge and gas stove and dishes for 4 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have large closets. Each room has its own air conditioning unit. There is a court yard at the back of the suite, perfect to sit and have your morning coffee, read and listen to the sound of the water fountain. Located at the back of the court yard is a washer and dryer. From the roof top deck of the 4 story building you have a beautiful view of the ocean and the Golden Zone. Area Information

On the corner of Cameron Sabalo (the main street) and Calle Ibis (your street) there is both a small grocery store and a restaurant (El Chilitos). As well you can access several restaurants, tourist shops, theaters, and many hotels of the Golden Zone if you take a short walk north or south from the apartment. Public transit (buses, taxis,and pulmonias) is 1/2 block from the door of the unit. By traveling south 15 minutes you can see all the sites in El Centro. The market, cathedral, and many art museums are in this area. You can also hike to the top of the light house hill for a spectacular view of the coast or take a water taxi ($2) across to Stone Island and spend the day on a beautiful secluded beach. If you travel north you will see the marina area and many new high rise condos. 15 min by taxi or bus will bring you to Cerritos area . Here you will find a quiet beach with a great restaurant called Mr. Lionso.

Great condo in a great location

The condo we rented in El Escorial suites was a newly renovated two bedroom, one bathroom suite only two blocks from the beach in the Golden Zone in Mazatlan. We enjoyed our stay there and particularly enjoyed the private back enclosed patio. It was great for relaxing and bar-be-cuing. The common roof top terrace was a good place for reading and getting some sun. We had a great time there and would stay again.
