Description of the Mazatlan vacation condo rental

This ocean-front, two bedroom condo is located on the 2nd floor of the Costa Bonita Resort and features over 1,400 sq ft of space; two bedrooms, each with a full ensuite; two balconies, one off each bedroom, with the master suite (and living room) balcony running across the front of the unit and facing west for a full, shaded view of the beach below and the Ocean. The unit features a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a 42" flat-screen television in the front room, a 29"in the master bedroom, central air-conditioning, a living room with sliding glass doors leading to the balcony, a separate dining area and full kitchen. It comes complete with all linens, kitchen appliances and utensils. Area Information

The Costa Bonita Resort is located at the north end of the 4 mile long Cerritos Beach, just north of Mazatlan. It is on two Commuter bus and taxi routes, so there is excellent access to the city of Mazatlan and the Golden Zone, which is only a 10 minute drive away. The resort features on-site security, cleaning services, a beach-side Palapa restaurant, large heated swimming pool, tennis courts, a fitness centre and beautiful gardens with on-site lake & fountains.

We had a non-oceanside unit on the first floor. 2 nice bedrooms (king in one) with large tiled bath in each. Large room with smaller full kitchen at one end, dining are in middle. Deck on street side. Great pool and commons area with many plants and lots of hibiscus, hard court tennis court. Rocks on oceanside but great beach out a side entrance (by key) with shower area to re-enter. Night watch men, staffed desk 24 hours, maid service daily switch of towels and bed make up, changed sheet 3 times in our week there. Used the fridge in the kitchen for drinks, juices and to make ice. You have been able to drink the water in Mazatlan for a long time. Bought great sweet rolls and breads for (there's a drip coffee maker, too) breakfast and made cheese and deli ham quesadillas and sandwiches for lunch es there. In North Mazatlan, so not much night life nearby, but on the side street just past the Marina, so little night traffic. We thought it was a GREAT deal and loved the nights out to eat.
