Description of the Mazatlan vacation condo rental

When people stroll along the 3.5 mile golden sand coastline of New Mazatlan, over 1/2 the people stop and simply gaze at our complex in amazement . There IS a reason.. "Paraiso" means "Paradise" in Spanish and it lives up to it's name. Simply put, it is the finest gated complex in Mazatlan. The next best development is a distant second in comparison to the Paraiso. As owners, we paid a good deal more to get the best.
My calendar is always up to date. Weekly rates will be more than bi-weekly rates.
It is hard to get an accurate impression of what a condo really feels like by only using pictures. With this complex and specifically my condo, set the bar as high as you like and you will not be disappointed! We spent a small fortune on the furnishings plus many thousands more in upgrades to all of the fans, lighting, mirrors any many other finishing touches like marble and wood accent walls,etc. This is unheard of for a rental. Our goal was to have a beautiful vacation home for ourselves as well as our guests.
This is a brand new condo complex. Spoil yourself like a "King or Queen" in a friendly top-of-the-line HUGE 2220 square foot condominium without paying the typical premium by renting "direct".
Our condo is in a quieter upscale neighborhood called 'New' Mazatlan which is under a minute from the Marina on the fabulous Bruja beach with GOLDEN sand. This is not just a room to rent but it is an owners "resort" with an on-site spa, tennis courts, workout facilities, free game room, restaurant, etc.
This 10 acre gated upscale condominium resort is located right on the beach on the Northern-Shore area. You will enjoy a beautiful front ocean view and stunning sunsets. Looking only at pictures can be deceiving because not all ocean views are created equal. Additionally, the views of the room that you see is OUR room and off of OUR deck, not someone else's. From the large patio deck off the living room, you will enjoy a 180 degree view of the ocean overlooking large mountainous rock formations. The floor is low enough to 'connect' with the ocean yet high enough not to have obstructed views of palapa or palm trees or decks. Expect your jaw to drop with this incredible view!
This condo is a three bedroom unit but we have locked off the closet in the smallest 3rd bedroom with our personal items. The third bedroom can be used (just not the closet).
The ocean view side is nearly ALL windows (60 feet of windows) for an amazing feel to the room. The decorators only chose the finest fabrics and the best quality coordinated furnishings. Nearly all of the other rooms you see online are decorated and furnished with "rentals in mind." Meaning, they cut many corners including the quality of the bed. Every picture, every fabric, and every furnishing was carefully chosen to impress your eyes. Therefore, you will be extremely delighted with this complex and especially with our specific condo with all of its upgrades. In fact, we were asked by the developer to allow our specific condo pictures to be featured in the complex advertising campaign. We were honored and you will see these pictures in various Mazatlan magazines.
The living room contains an audiophile 5.1 home theater system heavily stocked with DVD titles using a Widescreen TV. We have included some family games in the room to make your stay enjoyable even after the sun sets. I stocked the kitchen with all the accoutrement's needed for potential yearly living including a dozen items not normally included in a rental unit. Additionally we have a full size washer and dryer that is perfect for guests who want to pack a smaller suitcase.
When you compare the view, the quality of the resort, caliber of furnishings, and the size of the rooms, you will agree that this is a very special condo for an affordable price.

This is not your typical rental home. We have numerous items not normally stocked in a rental including a hairdryer, coffee grinder, quality beach towels, iron and ironing boards, games, DVD's, fan, filtered water dispenser, etc.
- Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
- Required Stay: 2 Weeks Minimum
- Deposits: 1/2 down and remaining paid 30 days before departure. Prices based off of parties of 2. Add $15 per additional person. Sorry, no pets or small children.

We have been to Mazatlan about 10 times now and this is easily the best spot we have stayed. The room decorations and furnishings were top notch! Even better than in person than the pictures showed.
We enjoyed it so much we are re-booking for the following year.
