This is a 2-bedroom, 2-full bathroom with dettachable shower heads unit on the 1st floor in a quiet corner of the pool area. Its size is about 1200 sq feet. This well-appointed condo features a Queen-size bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom, living and dining area, kitchen, private laundry room and a roofed terrace with table and chairs. Furniture is new and modern. Kept very clean. Closest WiFi available at clubhouse. El Cid Residencial area is a private Golf Course neighbourhood with controlled access and is simply the best and most peaceful place to live in Mazatlan. There's a club house with beauty salon, gym, restaurant, etc. there is also a small deer park and some small crocodiles to see. A great place for snow birds where you can enjoy the sun and nice warm weather all year round..!!!
