Description of the Mazatlan vacation condo rental

Brand new condo on the 9th green right behind the El Cid Golf and Tennis Resort Club House and 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. This incredible condo has USA made furnishings for comfort you're use to and is located on the ground floor just 50 ft. from the pool. Features include granite counter tops, large flat screen TV with DVD player, washer and dryer, 2 luxurious bathrooms and one small bath, large covered patio with privacy/safety gate for your smaller children or dog. Each bedroom has it's own remote control for A/C confort and ceiling fans. This property is wonderful for the golfer or tennis player wanting to be within a 5 minute walk to the beach and 150 ft away from the El Cid Golf Pro Shop. El Cid Golf Resort has 27 holes of golf to play and numerous lighted tennis courts. Our condo is on the main floor and just 1 1/2 blocks from the popular NEW "Senior Frogs" and three blocks from "Gus Gus". There are over 30 restaurants within a half mile. You'll appreciate the gated El Cid Tenerife Condos 24/7 security. ONE SMALL DOG UNDER 14 lb.IS OKAY! Sorry NO CATS!

You can take the bus or polmonia taxi to buy your groceries and sight see. You'll really love the fact that you're within easy walking distance to some of Mazatlan's most popular restaurants. Tennis and golf are available at El Cid Golf Course Resort and must be paid directly to El Cid Golf Course at time of activity. There is a palapa onsite and is available for meetings, BBQ's and parties at an added expense and is subject to availability. There are numerous restaurants and night clubs within walking distance.

• Check In: 2 p.m.
   
• Check Out: 11 a.m.
   
• Required Stay: Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday. Three day minimum required.
   
• Deposits: 50% deposit is due at the time the reservation is made, 50% due 30 days prior to arrival date, $500 is non-refundable if cancelled 30 days before arival. Small dogs under 14 lbs are welcome, sorry NO CATS.
   
• Other Fees: Daily maid service at $15.00 cost per day if request prior to arrival, $30.00 per day if requested at time of arrival. There is a $50.00 damage/cleaning deposit due 30 days prior to arrival that will be returned by mail within 15 days after you depart if no damage has occured.

We were so impressed when we arrived. The condo was beautiful, lot's of room for the four of us, over looking the pool and golf course. Everything we needed for eating in, Bbq and a blender what more do you need for a holiday. We highly recommend this condo.

Unit C102 at the Tenerife condos is beautifully decorated and steps to the lovely warm pool and hot tub. The condo has everything you could possibly want - bikes, boogie boards, pool floaties, all appliances, wireless internet, but most importantly, all spices and condiments in the kitchen. The condo staff were very friendly and helpful. The condo is a mere 5 minute walk to the excitement of the Gold Zone, and yet quiet and peaceful. The only down side was that the satellite tv was not working, but 10 days without tv was not necessarily a bad thing for the kids!

We had a great time! The weather was sunny & 85+, the new places we tried we'd go back and eat again (we've been to Mazatlan twice before)and the condo was clean, up dated and the view from the 5th floor was beautiful. Our family of four loved it better than the resorts. It was centerally located and with in walking distance to things we like to do. We'd defenitley rent again.
