Construction on the condo was completed early October 2008 and is ready for you to rent.

Our condo is in a quiet upscale neighborhood called 'New Mazatlan' on a fabulous 3.5 mile golden sand beach. It is located in the newly-built luxurious Paraiso II resort complex. Paraiso -- meaning paradise in Spanish -- is a very fitting name because this is truly paradise here on earth and you will see why. So treat yourself and stay at the most luxurious resort in Mazatlan!

Located on the third floor, this condo offers high ceilings and is a spacious 2,220 square feet. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean, from the 180-degree, floor-to-ceiling living room windows, will take your breath away!

The wall opposite of the 180-degree windows is mirrored, making it feel like you are surrounded by the ocean.

The unit is tastefully done in fun, tropical and local décor. The condo brings indoors the colors of the ocean, sand and lush tropical foliage of the surrounding area. Because we plan to spend much time there ourselves, we have decorated, furnished and equipped it with top-of-the-line everything. Truly the feeling of paradise and Mexico!

Our living room is furnished with a leather couch and love seat and a Lazy Boy rattan recliner. There is a large coffee table and custom made end tables and beautiful original artwork. Oh, and a 37 inch LCD high definition television and surround sound system, which includes an iPod docking station.

The dining room chairs and table base are made of tightly wrapped banana leaves. Now that's tropical!

All of the furniture in the bedrooms, along with the living room end tables, are custom made by hand by a Mazatlan furniture maker.

The condo has many upgrades including crown molding, handmade wood doors, porcelain floors, granite and marble kitchen and bathroom counters. It features many arched, recessed niches and shelves where statues and artwork are displayed.

The large ocean view, tiled terrace is perfect for that morning cup of coffee, dining, lounging, reading a book, sun bathing and watching the activities around the pool and on the beach. There is a large patio table that seats 6 and 2 loungers to catch the rays.

Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the living room and terrace.

The homeowners association requires renters stay a minimum of two weeks. Imagine two weeks of fun in the Pearl of the Pacific!

Our goal is for our renters to enjoy our condo and love it as much as we do! All we ask is for you to respect the property and take care of it as if it is your own.

This unit says welcome the minute you step in and includes the following:

-Large kitchen with granite counter tops, built-in appliances including ceramic glass cook top, conventional oven, microwave, stainless steel refrigerator (with water and ice dispenser), stainless steel dishwasher and all of the necessary kitchen utensils and cookware.
-Large ocean view master bedroom, with king size bed, walk-in closet and master bath.
-Two bedrooms, with queen size beds, and beautiful garden and mountain views, each with their own terraces.
-Large living room, with those floor to ceiling panoramic ocean view windows.
-Dining room with ocean view.
-Large terrace off the living room, dining room & master bedroom, with large patio table and 2 loungers for sunning.
-Elevator that takes you directly to the condo entrance, plus a separate elevator for guests.
-Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the condo.

Sleep 6 maximum.

Prices are based on 2 to 4 people renting; 5 to 6 people are an additional $20.00 per person per day.
