Description of the Mazatlan vacation condo rental

The historic Pato Blanco Hotel has just completed a renovation into Mazatlans newest luxary condo complex. We are offering TIARA SANDS 509 as a vacation rental at only $982 per week with lower rates available for longer stays and last minute bookings. IF MY UNITS ARE BOOKED I CAN OFTEN GET YOU INTO OTHER UNITS IN THE COMPLEX. JUST ASK!! The calender is blank as long as I have units in the building I can rent.

The unit has been professionally decorated by Elizabeth Porras of Mazatlan Interiors with a Mexican flair and high quality furnishings. The unit has 3 bedrooms and two baths plus pullout beds if needed. Rent covers a max of 6 persons with additional at $50 per week.

Comman areas include a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub and kiddies pool along with an oceanfront sunbathing terrace. A city view 2nd floor terrace/balcony is great for morning sun and coffee.

The unit itself is above the pool with a view to the ocean and has a large balcony/deck which opens to the living room area, as do two of the bedrooms. It has a full kicthen with stainless appliances and a washer and dryer. You won"t be disappointed. OTHER UNITS AVAILABLE IN THIS COMPLEX. JUST INQUIRE.

Area Information

Tiara Sands is located on the South end of Nuevo Mazatlan near Marina El Cid at the end of a 3 mile long stretch of sandy beach. There are nearby resturants, a mini-market, and a new golf course is just being finished across the street.

The "Golden Zone", Mazatlans' historic tourist area, the Malacon (a 13km oceanfront boardwalk) and Mazatlans historic El Centro district are all a 50 to 120 peso Pulmania or taxi ride away. Great bus service is also avaliable for pocket change.

Mazatlan is a vibrant oceanfront City with great divesity and a lot more than just a tourist destination. See real Mexico along with quite and private oceanfront luxary.

The usually balmy weather, almost constant sun, beautiful beachs and sunsets have earned Mazatlan the title of "Pearl of the Pacific".

We have two units only one unit apart so this one is often available and the second one (511) might be available if a group wants two (book early) 511 is also 3bd/2ba with a much broader view and will cost more. I can arrange alternative units when mine are booked.

Wonderful condo!

Family of 5 adults - perfect bedroom layout as well as the condo itself. Enjoyed cooking in the open kitchen and relaxing on the well positioned/modern furniture. Great pool & hot tub. Especially love the "at your doorstep" access to the beach. Micheal the owner was a pleasure to deal with as well as Leland, the Mgr who provided transportation to/from the airport and offered tours of the city & El Quelite.
