Costa Bonita Paraiso II Spectacular Beach Resort
|Per week||$1,000 - $1,400|
|Per month||$3,000 - $4,200|
Our 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo, 203B, is high enough for a clear view of the ocean but low enough to feel connected to it.
The living/great room has 7 floor to ceiling bay windows overlooking the ocean. The sunsets from here are spectacular. This area is furnished with 2 leather couches and 2 fabric chairs providing a comfortable environment for watching satellite TV or VCR/DVD movies on the 37” LCD HD TV. The location of the condo within the complex provides for wireless internet service within the unit.
The lanai has spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. This provides the perfect setting to entertain, play cards, dine, or just relax and watch the sun set while enjoying a margarita.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. The complex has reverse osmosis filtered water providing unlimited ice and water in the condo. The side by side refrigerator has an automatic ice maker providing through the door ice and water.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has a SELECT COMFORT SLEEP NUMBER BED imported from the US. These beds are U.S. dimensions which are larger than Mexican mattress standards. SELECT COMFORT SLEEP NUMBER BEDS allow you to set the firmness level to your individual liking.
All 3 bedrooms have balconies. The guest rooms overlook the landscape grounds and the master opens to the large lanai that views the ocean. The master bedroom also has a second 32” LCD TV provided with satellite TV service.
Paraiso II has all the amenities of a luxury resort including tennis court, hot tub, jetted indoor exercise pool, outdoor infinity pool, fitness center, game room, convenience store, gas grills, sauna room, steam room, masseuse by appointment, palapa bar and restaurant. Please click on the "Paraiso" link to view the many pictures of the resort and amenities.
The most important amenity is the terrific location on the North Cerritos beach. This beach is a beautiful 3.5 miles of sand, providing a great place to walk, surf cast, para sail, sun bathe, build a sand castle, find a sand dollar, or just go for a swim in the ocean.
Rental car is not required to explore all the city of Mazatlan has to offer. Public transportation is located at the front entrance. It is a short bus, cab, or pulmonia (open air vehicle) ride from Paraiso II to the Marina, Golf Course, Golden Zone, the Malecon, or Historic Old Mazatlan. All transportation is very reasonably priced.
In December 2007, NY Times rated Mazatlan 24th out of the 53 best places in the world to visit. It is on the Tropic of Cancer latitude which allows for near perfect weather. Besides good weather, the area offers fishing, hunting, golf, tennis, snorkeling, para sailing, water park, horseback riding on or off the beach, tours by boat, shopping, history, tequila factory tour, art galleries, good restaurants, and most importantly friendly people.

Mazatlan at It's Best!

We made sure to search for the "unbelievable trip" and are very happy to say we found it! It was everything promised and more. The amenities were spectacular, as was the property and staff who looked out for us. To have a private elevator entrance, walk in to see the wall of windows to the water (our front room view) was so exciting. Things to do: Sportfishing (caught a 9' Marlin) Zip Lining, Quad Riding, Horseback on the Beach. Really??!! Relaxed in between, slept hearing the waves crashing outside our bedroom door. Can't wait to do it again. Consider yourself lucky on this great find!!

This condo & facility was exceptional from the entrance down to the beech ! Amazing view &sceniery watching the dolphines,whales and sunsets from the balcony was a delight.
We stayed at the Mayer condominium for a two week vacation in February of 2010. The condo was spacious and well appointed, making our vacation in Mazatlan a very enjoyable experience. Adding to that experience was the Select Comfort adjustable firmness mattresses, just like home! Even though Mazatlan has many fine restaurants, the modern kitchen and resort barbecues, made it most enjoyable to cook at the condo. This enabled our party to lay back and enjoy the beautiful Mexican sunsets from the comfort of the condo terrace. We would recommend this condo and resort for your next Mazatlan vacation.

What a great condo! The views from the great room, terrace and master bedroom are worth the price alone. The condo is gorgeous and makes for a comfortable Mazatlan vacation. The resort has everything you could want and the staff was very accommodating. If you want to spend your vacation ocean side, this is the place for you. The Pacific is right outside your patio door. We have mobility problems and had no problems enjoying this condo and the lovely grounds. The views are awesome and the sunsets magnificent. We highly recommend this condo and resort.

Our stay in Mazatlan was enhanced by staying in this spacious condominium owned by the Mayers. The condo was beautifully decorated and well equipped. We especially liked the modern kitchen equipped with a full double door refrigerator that provided all the ice and drinkable water you could ever use. The resort is five stars with five star amenities, including indoor/outdoor pools, tennis court, game room, billiard room, fitness center, sauna, steam room, Palapa bar & grill, concierge service, and beautiful landscaping. Just a great place for your winter vacation

What a beautiful condominium! Our family spent two weeks during the holidays and had a wonderful time. The Palapas "restaurant" poolside was a hit with the family. The condo was modern and spacious and offered spectacular sunsets every evening. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone travelling to Mazatlan!

Stayed in the Mayer condominium in October of 2009. It was a wonderful condo, brand new nicely appointed with fantastic views. The facility and amenities were very nice. The pool excellent and beach access and beach conditions superb. The low floor location makes it accessible by elevator or the stairs. The rental management company was helpful as was the complex staff. Transportation by taxi was no problem, and local restaurants were superb. I would love to utilize the condominium and complex again in the future and would recommend it to others.
