Tiara Sands 511 is as close to the ocean as a Mazatlan oceanfront Condo can be. The building contains 60 units on 8 floors. It is a recently completed total renovation of The historic Pato Blanco hotel into a full ownership Condominium complex. The developers retained the charm of the building. restored the old lobby, the chandelier, and the tile pool and fully modernized the water and electrical systems whie re-doing the rooms into 1 to 3 bedroom living units.
Unit 511 is on the ocean end of the south wing of the building and has a 180 degree plus view up and down Cerritos beach.
The unit has 3 bedrooms and two baths and has been professionally decorated in a Mecican motif with quality furnishings,beautiful tile work and original art. It has 2 terraces which are accessable from 2 of the bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room.

The comman areas include the lobby, and exercise room which is nearly finished, the pool and hot tub area between the lobby and the ocean and a large city side deck on the 2nd floor which is perfect for early morning sun and group BBQing.

Area Information

Tiara Sands is located just north of the Golden Zone (Mazatlans historic tourist area) on the south end of Cerritos beach and is part of what is called Nuevo Mazatlan. All of Mazatlan is easily accessable by public bus or inexpensive short taxi rides ($5-$10). Mazatlan is a great vacation area but is more than a tourist stop. It is a bustling and growing moderate sized Mexican city.

Because of its nearly perfect climate (exccept for the mid summer to mid fall hot and humid rainy season) and beautiful sand beaches Mazatlan is known as the Pearl of the Pacific. Tiara Sands is located on one of these beachs, in a quite area, but with easy access to all the shopping, sightseeing, resturants and nightlife avaiable throughout the city.

There is a small market and resturants within a very short walk and of course you are right on the beach.

Like you see in the Movies

I have stayed in many Hotels+Condos in my Travelyears, but Condo No.511 at Tiara Sands Mazatlan is the best yet. When you stand on the huge Balcony,with BQ,and look to the left you see the Marina+to the Right Ceritos Beach,in front of you the Endless Ocean,like i imagion Heaven will lock like. The master bedroom has a Bathroom with a big Shower+a big Walkin Closet+a small Balcony all by yourself.There is a big Kitchen with Microwave- Stove-Dishwasher-Pots+Pans etc.There are 2 other Bedrooms one with Qeenbed one with Smalerbed+one other Bathroom with Shower,it also has a Washer+Dryer and a huge Livingroom with Satelite TV+ DVD Player.There is a nice Swimingpool+aWhirlpool outside. Michael the Owner is a great Guy to Deal with,he can also Rent you a older butin good Shape Hondacar.His Manager Lee will pick you up From the Airport for a small Fee,and will be abel to set you up for many Tours.We went on a fishingtour+caught a Marlin,they are a beautyfull Fish +we released it,thank you Lee for everythink.There are Public Buses 50Feet away from Building that will take you to the Golden Zone to the Old Mazalan Town or to many Shopping Centers.Dont miss to go to Bruhas Resturant at the end of Ceritos Beach,take the Bus-Taxi or walk the Beach order the Coconut Shrimps(6 very large ones)hm-hm-hm. Very good Food there go early,for supper always full. Mazatlan is safe,the People are nice,the food is good the weather in March+80 Daytime-Nite Cooler good to Sleep.
