Ocean lullaby

Two solid weeks of sun on the Sea of Cortez. Condo was comfortable with beautiful grounds and a 22 yard pool suitable for lap swimming. The condo was functionally a 2 bedroom with privacy and a comfortable bed for 2 couples. We prepared our breakfast and lunches eating out most nights (the cost of dining out was amazingly low). It was a great break and a fabulous time exploring the city of Mazatlan, walking the miles of beach, drinking latte's at the "loonie bean" and being lulled to sleep by the ocean every night. Thanks to Bill and June who have years of experience in Mazatlan and had ready answers for all our where is? How can? questions.

Relaxation and Dental work

My husband and I spent 3 weeks in this very spacious unit. We enjoyed breakfast on the north balcony every morning, with a view of the pool and the ocean. The beach was a great place to go for walks. I went for dental work. Bill and June recommended Dr. Patty. She performed 3 crowns, in this short time, for 1/3 the price to Canada and excellent quality. Thanks to Bill and June for their great hospitality. Really enjoyed the happy hours.

Houses by the Sea

We were very fortunate to find this condo at Quintas Del Mar online. From the balcony we saw, on several occasions, a group of porpoises swim by and fantastic sunsets almost every night. The condo is very well equipped as we wanted for nothing during the six weeks we were there. We also felt very at home during our stay here and will no doubt miss the peace and quiet. We really appreciated the fact that cooking here presented absolutely no problem. The TV & Telephone service allowed for good contact with those left at home. Finally we were also able to go online which nowadays is almost a must. We enjoyed some of the numerous restaurants in the Golden Zone & old Mazatlan and adapted quite easily to the bus/ pulmonia system of transportation. Shopping for essentials also proved to be easy at the Mega & Sorianna stores. Being a little further out of town really was no problem at all. In all we probably walked over a hundred km on the beach and loved every bit of it including collecting all sorts of shells. We had a wonderful time which in large part was due to the fact that this is a great condo & area particularly if you are looking for somewhere away from the maddening tourist places. Thank you Bill & June, for sharing your condo. As others before us have said this indeed a little bit of Paradise!

One of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in! It is well appointed and fully equiped with all the ammenities one would need to have a relaxing, enjoyable vacation. The condo is spotless as are the grounds and beach. Very secure.

January 2009 - Boy we had a great time here that seemed to go too fast. The satelite signal was lost from time to time but that didn't bother us as there was lots to do. Enjoyed the Estero de Yugo tour and the Old city.

We toured through Old Town and saw the sights but the best part was the beach and the ocean. The condo felt like home and we couldn't have been happier. This is a piece of paradise !
