Gorgeous Golf and Ocean Condo at Mazatlan

From our condo in the gated development of Estrella del Mar, you need 10 seconds to walk to the infinity pool, and 40 seconds to be on the sandy 3.5 mile beach. The 18 hole golf course also shares the ocean beauty with us and is a short distance away. Yes, there is a children's pool - and adults can relax in the hot tub. The condo is well furnished and has a large patio facing the ocean and evening sunset. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, dining and living room you can feel at home - or have a fine Mexican or International meal at the new Las Villas Restaurant. If you are not golfing, your days will be filled with watching for dolphins, reading, walking the sparsely populated beach, suntanning, horseback riding, surfing, or boogie boarding. No nicer beach exists in Mazatlan. You will be mesmerized by the spectacular sunsets viewed from the expansive patio, and the trance like sounds of the breaking surf will be with you day and night. There is nothing like having morning breakfast served at the outdoor restaurant at the golf course. The condo has free wireless if you want to bring your laptop to keep up with things at home. Yes, this is Paradise!

Estrella del Mar is located on Stone Island just outside of Mazatlan and sits on some 600 acres. The 18 hole golf course was Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. it is considered to one of the finest in Mexico. Its layout takes advantage of the ocean views. The development is 10 minutes from the airport, and a 20 minute shuttle can take you to Mazatlan for shopping in the markets, eating out, or exploring and sightseeing in this historical city. Villa Union is a small town 10 minutes away, and has interesting shops to visit without the hassle of beach vendors. A visit to El Cuchapetas a local seafood restaurant is recommended as a place to visit in Villa Union. The Estrella del Mar shuttle service will take you anywhere you wish, or car rentals are available at the airport.

The staff at EDM speak english and are very helpful. There is a paramedic on site, and 24 hour security. Mazatlan is the largest commercial fishing seaport on the Pacific coast, and known for it's shrimp.
