Unit # 5, at 4 Las Mananitas, Mazatlan, Mexico Here is a vacation rental directly on the beach in Sabalo Country. This 3rd floor unit has a balcony where you can enjoy a cocktail and watch the ocean waves rolling onto the white sandy beach. (next to Luna Palace) It is a 2 bd 2 bath unit with kitchen, dining, living, and laundry totaling 1400 sq ft. Recently remodeled and painted. The living rm opens onto a nice balcony with double sliding doors. Fully furnished with a queen and 2 single beds.
Cable TV with DVD player; Internet cable modem. Clothes washer/dryer combo unit.
Parking included for 1 car. Twice weekly maid service is included. Private pool on 2nd level. 24hr Security, private locked gate direct onto beach. Elevator in building.

Area Information

Many resturants, night life, fine dining close by.
On the beach are: jet skis, catamaran sailing, para-sailing rentals. Open beach for swimming, beautiful sand.

Frequent bus service to Old Town Mazatlan and the Theatre.

One mile to center of Golden Zone with the tourists shops.

Oldtown is 15 minute air conditioned bus ride.

Resort PUEBLO BONITA is 1 block away and has an ATM.
