This home is Mazatlan's best keep secret, located just north of the marina and the golden zone in a gated community. The beach is spectacular and quiet. You can also enjoy the two pools that are located on the property.

Area Information

The property is located 300 feet from the ocean, the area is quiet, but in within minutes of the golden zone and many great eating places. You will not need a car as the bus and taxis are available.

Dawn's place is fully furnished with high quality furniture and appliances. The decorating is incredible in every room including the patio. It is roomy and offers both indoor and outdoor comfort with a gorgeous enclosed patio. It is private and quiet. The grounds are immaculate and the pools are clean and quiet. Restaurants and the beach are within easy walking distance. The unit is located on the north end of Mazatlan which has very little traffic and is clean and devoted to higher end clientelle than the golden zone. Many of the units are occupied by owners so there is a sense of community and pride in the gated community. There is a quaint motel accross the street with access to the ocean, a fun tiki restaurant and great bartenders.

This rental was fantastic! The gated community always made you feel safe but has 2 pools and the walk to the ocean is only minutes away....Shopping is close and lots of great places to dine....

There is plenty of room to sleep and relax and 3 bathrooms! The enclosed patio area is perfect for eating, drinking or reading, etc. Pools and grounds are great. Always felt safe and the area is perfect for walking/running in the mornings. Then sit by the pool or beach later. Perfect vacation spot in Mazatlan!

This is a really great place to stay, has a couple of beautiful pools and place is beautifully decorated with a super outdoor patio. It is gated so you feel very safe and it's just a short walk across the street to the beaches. Thanks Dawn was great!!

Dawn was great and everything worked out as planned. The home is new, stylishly decorated and had all the comforts of home. It is located in a gated community and we felt very safe. The swimming pools were perfect especially after a long day of sightseeing or shopping. Mazatlan is a fun place to visit and we found plenty of things to do. This was a great experience for the 7 of us and we plan on renting from Dawn again next year!
