Description of the Mazatlan vacation home rental

Brand new stylish 2-story, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home in exclusive gated community called "Marina Gardens," with water/ marina views and lagoon views and beach access a short stroll away. The house is located in Marina Mazatlan the new, very 'chic' area under development with spectacular ocean front and waterfront high rises, and private gated residential complexes.

LOCATION:
Located just north of El Cid and the Marina Mazatlan areas, the house is nearby the 5-star Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay resort ahd 5-star Hotel Riu, the El Rancho resort, Hotel Riuthe 360 Tower-luxury condominium, and Torres Mazatlan resorts. (and the soon to be built: Crowne Plaza, the Punta Arenas and Las Gavias residential towers.) Immediately across the street is a restaurant & bar "La Fonda" with succulent seafood and dramatic ocean views. Grab a latte at Ricco's cafe (local Starbucks) buy a fine wine or just relax in the shade at the nearby Reynauld complex. Laso very handy are two mini-supermarkets nearby. Also a short drive away is the high-end shopping center "Gran Plaza" with anchor stores "Fabricas de Francia" department store and "Sanborne's" and the brand new "Mega Comercial Mexicana" supermarket and refurbished Soriana supermarket. And also only a 5 minute drive is the Golden Zone -which is full of restaurants, shopping and nightlife.


THE HOUSE:
A chic, sunny modern kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances: Bosch gas range, Mabe wall oven, stainess refrigerator, microwave, granite counters and breakfast bar; and separate laundry room. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans etc. should you wish to prepare meals.
The bathrooms are fully equipped.
The bedrooms overlook one of two sparkling free-form pool, with views of the setting Pacific sun from the Master Bedroom terrace and Queen Guest Room. The third twin-bedroom has spectacular golf course, Sierra Madre Mountains and Marina Mazatlan views. There are fresh linens and towels, beach towels also provided. The stunning living room and dining room open to private enclosed terraced yard.

GROUNDS & SURROUNDING AREA:
House is situated in a private community, 24 hour-manned,gate controlled entrance. The spacious grounds of "Marina Gardens" are filled with gorgeous, lush tropical landscaping, lots of open space, two sparkling swimming pools, shady palapas, children's playground and shower facilities. The house overlooks the nearby 18-hole David N. Fleming golf course one of the finest in Mexico and one of the largest marinas in Latin America and the marina lagoon.

TRANSPORTATION:
Bus, taxi and "pulmonia" stand is across the street on the principal avenue Av. Sabalo-Cerritos. There is ample parking and guest parking provided for you on-site.

Steps from the house is the pristine Sabalo-Cerritos Beach, a very secluded beach just north of Mazatlan with miles of sand for long walks and spectacular sunset views and nearby off shore islands.

Drive into the mountains to Copala, a delightful little town, founded in 1565 built into the slopes of a small valley about 40 miles from Mazatlan. Copla is a delight with cobblestone roads, colonial style homes, flower patios, and a provincial air that has converted this town into a refreshing resort in the foothills of the Sierra Madre Mountains. Copala will make you feel that you have just stepped back into time.

Surf some of the best waves in western Mexico. Just 15 miles north you can find terrific surfing in Pueblo de Marmol.

Five minutes by car is the fantastic bird watching Yugo Estuary. Or, enjoy a round of golf at nearby David Fleming golf course.

In the Golden Zone you can find restaurants, shopping, and nightclubs. Minutes away you'll also find a spectacular Malecon, a 12 mile sweeping ocean-front walkway where you can stroll, jog or bike ride along the sun drenched Pacific.

Be sure to visit colonial, historic old Mazatlan, with its beautifully restored Angela Peralta Opera House buillt in 1870. It is a principal cultural and tourist attraction in Mzatlan. It is one of the few opera houses of its type and age in Mexico that still functions as a working theater.

Be sure to walk the streets of Viejo Mazatlan, the old city with its noisy market and local hot spots. Stop and have a margarita or fresh ceviche at one of the delightful restaurants.

Enjoy the ocean, and go fisihing, hire a boat for the day or take sun on the miles sandy beach the fronts Marina Gardens. Or, be an adventurer and take a jungle tour.

Or, simply relax in the sparkling pool at this spectacular home.
