Deposits: Daily and Weekly rates Deposit is $250.00/Refundable if no damages to the property. Monthly rate Deposit is $1000.00/refundable if no damages to the property. The cancellation policy is 24 hours from the time of reservation with no penalty.After which you will be charged the total rental amount you agreed upon.
Other Fees: 2 or more people from monday to thursday is $225.00 per day. 2 or more people from friday to sunday is $250.00 per day. 2 or more people monthly rate is $4100.00 There is a $100.00 cleaning fee for the duration of stay, which is not refundable.
