This brand new Brown-Stone house in the heart of El Poblado off Avenida Poblado. It has a beautiful terrace with table and BBQ and views of the Dan Carlton Hotel. The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms. New kitchen, Bar, every room has big screen TV's. Wifi, BBQ, with all the comforts of home. Security we have the house alarmed to a security company that responds to you in case of emergency. Safe's in every room. Beds are 2 king and 1 queen.

Great condo....Clean, excellent location & service

This condo was modern, clean, comfortable and in a great location (upscale neighborhood). Many shops, restaurants, banks, groceries and even a large mall within a 5 min. walk. Parque Lleras is about a 10 min. walk. The community is gated and the area felt very safe....even at night. The condo had safes in every room, flat screen tvs, cable, wireless internet and modern appliances. We pre arranged for the manager - Ruben to pick us up and take us back to the airport. He was prompt, polite and very friendly and accomodating. This condo was GREAT, I definitely recommend staying there and would rent it again. Thank you Barry and Ruben!!!!
