Located two blocks from the Ocean, and directly across the street from a beautiful Riverside Park. Watch abundant wildlife as you walk along the river, or stroll along the pier. Feel the sand between your toes as you work on your tan after a refreshing swim in the ocean, or just relax in a rocker outside your door. Restaurants, Gourmet Grocery, Post Office and library all within walking distance. Enjoy all that the “Space Coast” has to offer, while you escape the crowds and unwind in the tranquility of our quiet residential community.

Established in 1883, Melbourne Beach is Brevard County's Oldest Beachside Community. Just off the Beaten Path, yet convenient to all the space coast has to offer, our quiet residential setting is the perfect place to unwind and relax.

Visit the Kennedy Space Center, Orlando's many Theme Parks, all within a reasonable drive from your home away from home. Local Area Activities include Golf, Tennis, Surfing, Fishing, Sailing and Scuba Diving. Eco-tours of the Indian River Lagoon by Kayak are available, as are AirBoat tours along the Saint Johns River. Antique shops, Restaurants, and small night clubs are just across the river in Historic Downtown Melbourne and Cocoa Village. Enjoy the NightLife of local Jazz and Blues Clubs, Trendy Night Spots, and upscale Elegant, or Casual Restaurants, all just minutes away. Visit Port Canaveral, the second busiest cruise port in the world, and arrange a day cruise, or watch Cruise Ships while you dine on the catch of the day at a local restaurant or on World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier.
