Description of the Melbourne Beach vacation condo rental

We have almost two full weeks still left in January - call for special booking rate. Great new review!! - Please see listing 48341 for reviews on our other locations available. Walk across the street to the Atlantic Ocean for your own personal retreat, family gathering or camaraderie with friends. This beach cottage comes with utilites included; Wifi, cable, electric, water, and miles upon miles of beach to roam. The fully stoned paved back & side yards make for easy pathway to a table and 4 chairs for enjoying a meal & drink outside. Digital locks allow you go go keyless during your stay. The pleasant island style and carribean color scheme cover the interior with a an earth-toned tan exterior dotted by a variety of palm trees, flowering plants, and a pristine white gravel parking area for 2-3. Unit is fully equipped and has front loading Washer/Dryer. LED flat screen TV & DVD. Dining table can actually seat 8 with leafs that attach as needed. You are also only 25 minutes from Vero Beach. There is an outside hose to rinse off and plenty of room outside to store the bicycles and kayacks. We are pet friendly and a non-smoking rental. There is a grill. Owners wife is Licensed Realtor and Property Manager.

Area Information

Bring your cayack or canoe. Bicycle riders have miles of sidewalk and pedestrian friendly roadway to enjoy long endurance rides or casual neighborhood excusions. Historic Towne of Melbourne Beach is literally 7 minute drive just around the corner with a small handful of restuarants as well as the Indian River Lagoon. The dining/entertainment nightlife of Historic Downtown Melbourne is just 15 minutes over the US 192 Causeway boasting 25 bar/restuarants, theater, and live music as well launch spots for motorized boats into the river. Orlando and its theme parks are just an hour and 1/2 away. Publix and Melbourne Beach Supermarket are within 5 miles. The ocean access is just a 5 minute walk beginning directly east of the Seabreeze entrance, over a cement sidewalk onto a wooded boardwalk, thru a wooden gate, where you'll find just a wonderful view of the ocean that awaits you. Note: If you map us online, we are condo association address of bungalow style homes, not a trailer park, though we are surrounded outside our land, by quality retirement homes with strict code enforcement, large green space, quiet neighbors, plus a local public golf course: 2750 A1A, Melbourne Beach, FL 32951 is the driveway entrance to the condo.

Excellent Getaway on the Water

I had a great time at this condo. My family and I were very comfortable in this spacious home. The neighbors are all very quiet and the area is also very quiet. Beach is across the street, convenient store within a block walk. A very wonderful time in this condo. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

I was under pressure to find a place and you guys provided me with a place to not only call home for three months, but that I could relax and enjoy the beach. Great home away ftom home

August 23, 2012

This summer I spent close to 3 months in the condo for an internship. The place was very spacious, beautiful, comfortable and clean. The beach is right across the street which was perfect and everything else was also nearby. The owner was is very helpful and would come out to check if I needed any help with something. Staying about 1500 miles from home I still felt as if I was home with the great neighbors in the area.
