This home is warm and cozy enough for a small party of two, yet open and grand enough for a huge party of plenty! The gourmet kitchen is open and airy. It's the perfect spot for entertainment & gatherings, sharing granite countertops with the billiard room.
Just off the kitchen, is a very large laundry room that's complete with an office area for the "worker-bees" and a game area for the "little bees".
All three bedrooms have breath-taking waterfront views. The guest bath (with pool access) has dual sinks and a large shower. And our master suite shower is big enough for two & designed with elegance and style.
Now if R&R is calling you, then sit back & relax in the family room. There, you'll find a wood-burning fireplace, a big screen TV and ofcourse, comfortable lounging for those afternoon snoozes!
Step out to a spacious screened in lanai that has an area for dining and for living! Around the large pool and hot tub there's plenty of seating, where the views are great for watching the kids play.
Just a few steps off the pool area, is the homes' private dock; where the poles are waiting..for you to catch a fish. And to top off your vacation, we have an outdoor TV & chairs, when your ready to hang by the Tiki Bar.
