**This spacious POOL home has a private boat dock with Tiki-bar. See the outdoors from every room! Sleeps 8-10, pets ok.**
There's no doubt you'll feel the breeze, when you first open the doors to this spectacular place. It's your vacation "home away from home"... here in Melbourne Beach, Florida.
The home is warm and cozy enough for a small party of two, yet open and grand enough for a big party of plenty! The gourmet kitchen is ready for a feast and fun, with a granite bar opening to the billiard room.
Just off the kitchen, is a very large laundry room that's complete with an office area for the "worker-bees" and a game area for the "little bees".
All three bedrooms have breath-taking waterfront views. The guest bath (with pool access) has dual sinks and a large shower. And our master suite shower is big enough for two & designed with elegance and style.
Now if R&R is calling you, then sit back & relax in the family room. There, you'll find a wood-burning fireplace, a big screen TV and ofcourse, comfortable lounging for those afternoon snoozes!
Step out to a spacious screened in lanai, with an area for dining and for living! Around the large pool and hot tub there's plenty of seating, where the views are endless, whether watching the kids play or the boys catch fish.
And to top off your vacation, we recommend you kick back on the dock. We supply the fishing poles and hammock, you enjoy the water life and sunset .... Now that's Paradise!

Area Description

The beach and shopping are only 2-3 blocks away. The town's library, golf course, fishing pier and tennis courts, are open to the public and all within walking distance of the home.
