Very nice villa, located on the Atlantic coast of Florida in Melbourne Beach - the South Beach. Just across A1A and only half a block from the ocean. This 2 bedroom/2 bath/1 car garage villa has all you will need to enjoy a layed-back beach living experience. It is fully furnished with all the amenities. The living room has a rocker recliner and a love seat recliner; master bedroom has a walk-in closet, formal dinning room with seating for 8, laundry room with washer and drier inside the villa. Extended screened-in patio and manicured landscaping with an orange tree (this is Florida style!). Plus, a gas grill for your barbque!
The community has all the entertainment and activties you need: 2 heated pools, gym, sauna, club house, tennis, racket ball, playground and a huge fishing pier on the river. Nearby grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, nature/hiking trails and places of worship. All you need to top off a wonderfull beachside experience is a layed-back attitude!!!
