Great City great condo

The condo was evrything the said it was. All new appliances.Great view of harbor. Very nice view from balcony. Enjoyed watching dolphins in marina.WE liked the restored shops on New Haven St.The owners were very acomodating.

Melbourne Condo

Last August, my family and I spent 4 pleasant days at this condo. It was easy to find, more importantly easy to get into the accommodation which is important after taking about 9-10 hours in travel time from the UK to get there. The condo had everything we needed for the short stay, it was clean, well presented, great views, a short walk to the high street, and very close to the harbour. The area itself is very nice, with clean beaches, picnic areas, good restaurants that are well priced as well as the harbour area for boat trips. We also travelled to Sea World and it did not take us too long, so found it a good location. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others. It is also very well priced, and I found the owners very pleasant and accommodating.

Since your stay, Melbourne Harbor Condo has completed a full facade improvement with all new exterior lights, paint, windows, W/D, landscape/plants, and mahogany doors with digital locks. As of this reply, 1/1/12 we are booked thru April. The Historic Downtown of Melbourne and its Harbor City image is taking shape for years to come. thank you for spending time with the Harbor.

Excellent location and views

Historic Downtown Melbourne is just to the west. Sunrise views of Crane Creek marinas and parks to the south and southeast. New Promenade Park just opened along Crane Creek. Quarter mile to the east is Rt 192 causeway. This is the best causeway in area to walk(or run). Great views of Indian River and 2 mile walk to nice beach and shops in Indialantic. Also many parks for fishing and boating before and on causeway. Condo has everything you need, comfortable queen bed and a excellent 32" Vizio TV.

Great Home-away-from-home

Last spring I spent 2 weeks in this condo while carring for my mother. I found the condo completly furnished, extreemly clean very comfortable. There is a great view of the harbor, which is very relaxing. Being alone, I felt very safe coming in late at night. You are walking distance from Historical Downtown Melbourne, and just over the causway to the beach in Indialantic. I found the owners wonderful to work with. My stay had to be extended, because of My mom's health. Another guest was expected the day I was to leave and the Herendeen's contacted other owners in the building and found accomondations for the remainder of my time in Melbourne. I would definately recommend this unit and the Herendeens for your stay in Melbourne.

Nice Place

The owner was very friendly, and the place was very clean and comfortable. You are also really close to downtown and the water. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because outside construction was going on at the time and there was a lost of debris from the building in the back yard. Once that is completed, this unit will be 5 stars
