Uniquely situated as a "car optional" get away, the complex is walking distance to the harbor or historic downtown, a 2 minute drive across the causeway brings you to the ocean and a hour drive to Kennedy Space Center and the Orlando attractions. breathtaking view

This was our second year back to same condo. enjoyed our morning walks into old Melbourne for morning coffee and checking out neat little shops.great little restaurants all within walking distance from condo.favorite was ichabods right on the harbor where you can watch all the boats dock.met great people and definitely thinking about going back next year.view from condo was breathtaking.watched manatee and porposis swim everyday.

For a month's visit, this condo provided a picturesque setting along with walking convenience to restaurants, shopping, view of river activities and active sea life ( porpoises, manatees). It was also just a causeway away from visiting the beaches.

Wonderful New Year Stay

What a great place to bring in the New Year. The Condo was beatifully decorated and just walking thur the front door you knew it was clean and well maintained. Anything you might think you need Donna has already supplied for you. My friend found the area to be a great place to explore. The historical downtown offers Pubs, Resturants and shops, along with the parks to watch the manatees swim the harbor. It was a great place to bring the New Year in while sitting on the balcony over looking the harbor and watching the fireworks. Can't wait to book my next stay.

We stayed at this condo last year and were very pleased. So again we booked for this year and we are even more pleased! The accomodations were excellent... even a bottle of wine!! ...Along will all the necessities (plus) that we would have expected or needed. The view is fantastic and one of our hightlights is to visit Meg Omally's in the quaint town. Just a dirve over the birdge to Indialantic beach but we also enjoyed time spent in the pool with my grandson! Thank you Donna for assisting in making our vacation with my son and grandson GREAT!

What a fantastic newly renovated unit in a newly renovated building. Very comfortable bed with a huge walk-in closet in the bedroom.The kitchen, dining area, and living area were also very comfortable, and the large flat screen tv was served by Dish TV. A very nice tv was also in the bedroom. What a fantastic view from the balcony overlooking the harbor to the intercoastal waterway. A very short drive to the beach and a very short drive to anywhere else. Walk to the quaint village of historic downtown Melbourne with its shops, restaurants, and bars. We could not have asked for anything better, and Donna was so accomodating. We were there to purchase a home, and will definately try to put friends in this unit if it is available. Six stars possible?
