It's amazing-the difference between east coast and west. #304 provided us a great platform from which we searched out all the great things to do. My husband thought the best part of the trip was breakfast on the porch. The pool was cool and inviting. Keep the lights on...we will be back!!

The condo was very nice. There was everything that I needed. I was there with my 3 boys and there was enough space for all of us to sleep. I cannot complain about it and the price was very great compared to a hotel or motel. I went to Orlando for a few days and paid the double what I did there and there was no difference in the condo. Everything was there in my reach if I needed it not too far to drive within a few minutes.
Recommended for: pet-friendly, sight seeing

The best value on the market. Perfect location. A short 3-5 minute walk takes you to 4 parks or Historic Downtown Melbourne, with all the shops and eateries! Karen has done everything possible to make our stay the best we've ever had and we're booked for next year too! The harbor and the Manatee Park are a daily must for an hour of relaxation! Fishing from the Manatee Park. Boat launch 1/4 mile away. You won't regret staying near downtown.
Recommended for: age 55+, tourists without a car

We liked the decor and, the comfort of home while on vacation. I feel the cleaning crew could have done a little better of a job with the bathroom but besides that minor flaw, it truely was a WONDEFUL visit! We will definately be back!
