Deck, 16x20 ,has large table (8) and gas grill for outdoor dining. Lower level includes a huge family/game room w/ shuffleboard and pool tables, 37'' flat screen, washer, dryer, 3/4 bath, 2 large BR,1 with king and double the other 1 queen, both w/ flatscreens. All rooms have lower access to patios and backyard, where the firepit is located for cool evenings. Meredith& the surrounding area offers great dining, shopping and plenty of amusements for the kids. No driving necessary for a day at the beach playing, beach volleyball, tennis or to board your boat for a ride. Only short drives to the supermarket or to any of MANY fine dining restaurants Meredith and the neighboring towns offer. Meredith offers many shops along with fun casual dining both indoors and out in the summer. Activities for the kids abound with miniature golf, bowling, arcades, go cart just to name a few all within 15 minutes from the house.
