Description of the Merritt Island vacation home rental

Wow! This home truly has it all. Upgraded 4 bedroom, with an extra bonus room with futon, 3 bath Merritt Island home, allows you and your family/friends to vacation resort-style in the privacy of a home. This gorgeous home boasts a huge swimming pool with a beach-like entrance and waterfall with a jacuzzi flowing into the pool. There are horseshoe pits off to one side of the yard and the other side has a huge tiki bar with electricity and running water!

Area Description

There are many activites to do here in Brevard County and the surrounding area. Cape Canaveral has the pier
which boasts beaches, live entertainment and many restaurants. Travel North for Space Center attractions, Port Canaveral has the Sea Food, Fish markets, Deep Sea Fishing, 3 day cruises to the Bahamas, and an array of
nightlife. Also just over the bridge is the quaint Cocoa Village with shops, restaurants, and Pubs spotted
throughout the Village. Want to do the theme parks? Orlando and all of its attractions just 45 min
to 1 hour east on the Beachline (hwy 528). Come and experience Brevard County!

This house truly has it all. Great place to stay if you have kids. equiped with everything you need including highchair, pack and play and even baby toys. Nicely decorated, but still child proof. Very spacious, We went to FL to get married on Cocoa beach, but because of Tropical Storm Fay had to get married in the house, pictures turned out great and the backyard was perfect for pictures(we got a 10 min window!) Wonderful pool and hot tub, very nicely landscaped. I would and will definitely stay here again.

We have rented homes on the outer banks of NC and in Florida for a number of years and beyond the shadow of a doubt, this is the best. Wonderful pool, great Tiki Bar, super large well manicured yard and a beautiful home make this place a great place to stay, and the price is very fair. I am looking forward to a return visit. Thanks Mr. Lemon and Pytha for a great vacation home.
