Also, It has a Microwave Oven in this oversized Kitchen for those fast meals. For grilling outside their is a gas Grill for those Steaks and Chicken. This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home sleeps 8 with a 2 Car Garage. It has a Screened Salt Water Pool with a Covered Boat Dock with lift. Large Living Room with new Carpeting, Tile Floors in Kitchen, Queen Size Beds and a Sleeper Sectional in the Living Room with a HD 42" Wide Screen TV, DVD, Washer and Dryer. Requires a $300 deposit plus $85 cleaning fee. Please no pets are allowed or smoking in the house.

5-10 minutes from world famous Cocoa Beach. Drive to the Beach and enjoy the day! Enjoy a beautiful morning sunrise on your covered screened porch overlooking Intercoastal Waterways. Watch the Dolphin, Manatee, Pelicans and Blue Herring from the porch. Screened Pool or covered Boat Dock. Bring you Boat or Fish from the Covered Dock and enjoy the view. Catch Sea Trout, Snook, Red Drum and more. If you want something other than fishing, enjoy the beautiful Cocoa Beach for swimming and tourist attractions such as Cocoa Beach Pier and Restaurants. Shopping is abundant along with Restaurants in the Merritt Island area. The local attractions include Ron Jons Surf Shop, Night Clubs, Port Canaveral with the Cruise Ships. Enjoy NASA and the Space Program or Cape Canaveral for Deep Sea Fishing or Sea Food Restaurants. You can take in the Bird Sanctuaries or travel to Orlando (30-45 minutes) for all of the Amusement Parks (Disney World, Sea World or Universal Studios).
