Description of the Mesa vacation condo rental

Beautiful view of the ninth green from this 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium. It is located in the Fountain of the Sun golf course in Mesa, Arizona. Quiet, spacious (1350sqft) and fully furnished ground floor end unit with two car garage w/remote. Step out your door and pick delicious, giant lemons, oranges and grapefruit. Owners golf cart is included in rental upon proof of insurance. Easy access to freeways (Interstate 60 and the recently completed 202). Complex amenities include neighborhood pool, club pool, hot tub, gym, lakes, cafe and walking paths. Very comfortable and close to all the activities Arizona has to offer. Use of private golf course and clubhouse are not included in rental fee- monthly Country Club memberships are available to tenants for a maximum of 5 months. Winter rates (Nov-April) are $50.00 per month. They include the use of Country Club facilities and golf at $30.00 per round on a space-available basis. Summer rates (May-Sept)are $10.00 a month to join the Country Club and $10.00 per round of golf. There is a additional $12.00 trail fee for using the golf cart on the course. We haved stayed here for the winter season for the past 3 years. It is our home away from home. Couldn't ask for a better home, neighbors, or facilities. We also enjoy all the lemons, grapefruit, and oranges that are on all the trees. Delicious

My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks at this condo in April and had a wonderful time! The condo is perfect, large, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The friendly and helpful neighbors are a joy! Wonderful shopping and historic downtown Mesa are just a short drive away. The golf course is an immaculate 18 hole executive course with two par 5’s and four par 4’s and very tricky but beautiful greens. A challenge for golfers of any level, the course allows you to use every club in your bag. We went out every night for the evening golfing and literally had the whole course to ourselves, with the exception of the vast array of flora and fauna. Just beautiful! Having such a wonderful place to stay with everything furnished made for a very relaxing vacation! We will definitely be back!

Once again we have enjoyed our stay at this excellent equipt condo.Home from home. golf excellent,very cheap. Accommodation,has like two master bedrooms. Ideal for two couples sharing. We rented this condo for 5 months, from Nov. 2007 through March, 2008. This was an awesome rental. It was furnished as good as my own home and any thing that went wrong was fixed "Immediately" The neighbors made you feel as if you were part of the neighborhood from the first day. We really hated to leave in April and have already rented for Nov-March of next year. We are anxious to return to our "New Friends"

We were very pleased with our two week stay at this location. The condo was well equipped, spacious, and we loved sitting on the patio watching the golfers pass by. Would return again with no hesitation. We flew in to the Phx-Mesa Gateway airport less than 10 miles from this location...very convenient.

The rental we stayed in for a week was ideal. We were situated on the 9th green of a 62 par golf course, which was fun to play, very reasonably priced. the rental was a two bedroom, one with a murphy bed, and one king-sized bed. Amenities were very good. We felt we were in a home, not a rental. It was clean, a nice patio on the 9th fairway. Use of a garage. It was East of Pheonix a bit, but freeway 60 was very close,as was shopping etc. Took us approximately 30 minutes to get to the airport. I would be happy to rent this property aagain.
