Description of the Mesa vacation condo rental

Beautiful view of seventeenth fairway and green from this 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium in Fountain of the Sun Community Complex, over 55 gated community, on the golf course in Mesa, Arizona. Spacious 1000 sq.ft with newly remodeled kitchen,new tile throughout, and Superstition Mountains as a backdrop. Quiet ground floor unit with room for car and golf cart in carport, walkin closet in MBR, & fully furnished with all new appliances. Brand new A/C unit. Owners golf cart furnished with rental upon proof of insurance. Easy access to freeways (Interstate 60, 202, at Broadway & Sossaman). Complex amenities include neighborhood pool, community pool, fitness center, hot tub, lake w/fishing(catch & release), cafe, and walking paths. Very comfortable and close to all the activities Arizona has to offer. Use of private golf course and Country Club are not included in rental fee. but a monthly Country Club memberships available to tenants for a maximum of 3 months at $50.00 per month. Includes use of Club facilities and golf at $30.00 per round on a space-available basis. Please contact me for longer term rates. There is an additional $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee charged on all rentals. Please check for availability. Prefer 3 or more months rental from November 1 to April 1. There is also a Refundable #500 damage deposit. All animals are prohibited in this parcel.

Easy access to malls, Churches, Casinos, multiple golf courses, Broadway Palms (live theater), including one golf course on site, restaurants, and much more. Beautiful Superstition mountains in background. Sky Harbor airport within 25 minutes on 202 and Mesa Gateway airport within 5 miles. Animals are prohibited in this parcel.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Check In: 11 a.m.
Check Out: 1 p.m.
Deposits: Refundable Damage Deposit of $500.00 to be submitted with rental agreement and payment due in full 30 days prior to occupancy on one month or less. Over one month to be determined. Monthly rate contingent on renting three months or more. Prefer 3 or more months rental from November 1 to April 1.
Other Fees: Non-refundable $100 cleaning fee.

Clean, spacious accommodations right on the golf course. The use of the owners golf cart was an additional perk. The resort amenities were first class and the staff all very friendly and courteous. We were made to feel right at home and enjoyed every minute of our stay there. Highly recommended.

The condo was totally equipped with everything you would ever need. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the walk-in closet in the bedroom. I was there seven weeks and would do it again in a heartbeat. I think the landlords even requested good weather, it was perfect the whole time.

I stayed at this wonderful condo with my daughter and son-in-law while we attended a family wedding in the area. We really loved our time there. There was enough space for all of us. The place was clean, quiet, charming and safe. The unit was well equipped and perfect for our needs. It had all the amenities of home. The location was great and the owners were very attentive to our needs. This condo is very well managed I would most definitely rent this condo again, and I would highly recommend it to others.
